We recently celebrated our anniversary at Novotel Canary Wharf and couldn't have been happier with our experience! The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our celebration special. We were particularly impressed with the breakfast service provided by Barbara Rebeka. Her attentiveness and exceptional service truly stood out. Thanks to everyone at Novotel for making our stay memorable. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a special getaway!

We had an absolutely fantastic breakfast experience at Novotel Canary Wharf ! Not only was the food delicious, but the service provided by Rebeka was truly outstanding. She went above and beyond to assist us with our food options and ensured that every aspect of our meal was perfect. Excellent location, amazing room with a priceless view - simply, the best stay. I want to commend the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, with a special mention for Francesca who was extremely kind during the check-out operations.

Weekend away

I visited on 27/04 with my partner and stayed in room 24:12 .Facilities at the hotel are great pool is very nice and clean. However the room lacked cleanliness, the shower wasn’t very powerful I believe this is partly due to the amount of limescale on the main shower head. The smaller one was fine. Also the tv had a faint line going through it which also was a tad of annoying. Other than this great place and would visit again. Views are amazing.

Great trip. Loveness who served and helped us at the buffet was so lovely. Also Saji who brought us our rooms services was amazing as well. Both the ladies and other staff we encountered helped and assisted us with a great smile and very helpful. Had a lovely stay. Thank you
